The manager and staff at the hotel were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
They had problems with the hot water service which resulted in a few luke warm showers. Fixed by the end of our stay

Loved the location, nestled in the mountains with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. the spa and pool facilities were top, notch, offering some much, deserved relaxation after a day of exploring. the half, pension menu was a great value, offering delicious traditional Austrian meals at a fair price.
The road signage could have been better, making it slightly difficult to find the hotel at night. the hotel is quite secluded, and there aren't many shops or other amenities nearby.

Breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location on the hilltop provided stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's restaurant offered a variety of gourmet dishes and fine wines, making dining a delightful experience.
The hotel's service left much to be desired. Our luggage took an incredibly long time to be delivered to our room, despite assurances otherwise.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The wide bed, or rather two beds pushed together, provided a comfortable sleep. The swimming pool and its serene surroundings were a refreshing bonus. The calm outside atmosphere and the hotel's great location in the nature were perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the restaurant with its beautiful garden and the delicious meals made my stay even better. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, ensuring excellent service throughout my visit.
Nothing at all.
